FAQ
-
What are your candles made with?
Each candle includes 100% soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oil.
-
How long will it take for a generous burn pool to appear?
When first burning your candle, it is recommended you allow it to burn for at least 2 hours to accomplish a burn pool reaching the full diameter of the candle. After that period, you should see a generous pool within the first 45-60 minutes of each burn.
-
How many products can I order at a time?
At the moment I can only fulfill a maximum of 2 candles per shipped order. There is no limit for pick-up orders.
-
What is your standard processing time?
The time needed to prepare an order varies by delivery method. In most circumstances I will be able to ship out orders within 2-3 business days, and pick up orders will be ready within 1-2.
-
How long do you cure your candles?
Each candle is cured for a minimum of 2-weeks to ensure the best hot-throw and chemical relationship between the soy wax and fragrance oils.
-
Can I res-use my vessel?
Absolutely! Our vessels are high-quality and perfect for re-use. Simply soak in hot water with durable dish soap, peel off the wick tab stickers, and scrub the vessel for a clean finish.
-
How do you determine your pricing?
Every piece I make is made by hand. For each small batch drop (24-36 candles), I dedicate at least 6 hours of labor to crafting them to the best of my ability. I set my prices based on the cost of product inputs, labor, and packaging. I try to keep my pricing fair and accessible, but also competitive.

What size room can the candle aroma fill?
The 11oz candles typically produce a hot throw that can fill a bathroom, bedroom, and standard size living room.
